This charge will continue on each Subscription Renewal Date thereafter unless and until you cancel, and regardless of how much you use the service. We will automatically charge you, using your specified payment method, each period (monthly unless otherwise specified) on or after your Subscription Renewal Date. You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

8. Cancellation Policy

This clause applies to the cancellation of Subscription required packages. If you have signed up and have changed your mind about subscribing, you have a right to cancel your membership at any time. 9. Refund Policy

9.1. Subscription required Services. We will not refund payment if customer has problems with compatible of his multimedia device or/and software. In exceptional circumstances refund may be given at the discretion of the management.

9.2. Refunding to the bank account takes from 7 to 14 business days. When we receive the refund request, our customer support will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately to terminate Your use of the Our site, products and services if You breach or We have reasonable grounds to believe that You are likely to breach these terms and conditions or You otherwise engage in conduct which We determine in Our sole discretion to be unacceptable.
