To establish that your device is compatible, please go to Freeview channel 225 and access France24, one of our Free to View channels.
Your television or device is only compatible with Freeview if the video on the screen is playing. If so, you are now ready to register and buy a subscription of your favourite Vision TV Network Package!
However, if you can’t see the video playing in the screen, then your device might not be compatible for this service. If this is the case, you may need to upgrade or retune your Freeview device for this service to work.
You can also get in touch with your device manufacturer to see if they will be adding IC streaming to its capabilities. If not, then here is a list of devices that we know do support IC Streaming and do work with this growing number of new services.
If you have a Roku box, simply plug it in and turn it on. Once you have it up and running, go to the channel store. You will find Hellenic TV within the Vision TV Network app, under the International category. Go ahead and download it. Once VTN is installed, open the application and scroll to Hellenic TV. You can start watching the free-to-view channels within the package immediately, though some will require a subscription.
